Cut vinyl decals

We specialise in cut vinyl made from high-quality 5–7 year vehicle sign vinyl. We do not print vinyl stickers.

There is no minimum order and custom requests are welcome. Browse currently available items in our eBay shop, or contact us about a custom design, different size or anything not presently listed - which is most things as ebay is very limited.

What is cut vinyl?

A design is cut from a sheet of self-adhesive vinyl. The unwanted vinyl is removed, leaving only the design. Each decal arrives as three layers:

1

Application tape

The top layer that holds all parts of the design in position.

2

Vinyl decal

The coloured middle layer that remains on the finished surface.

3

Backing paper

The bottom layer that protects the adhesive before application.

How to apply your decal

Before applying: Use mild, dry conditions and make sure the surface is smooth, clean and completely dry. Avoid chemicals, polish or products that leave a residue. If several items arrive on one sheet, cut them apart to apply them separately. The application tape can be wonky, it wont matter!
  1. Rub over the decal On a flat surface, use a squeegee or card to rub firmly over the decal so the vinyl is fully adhered to the application tape. The tape is not made to be permanent and can detach if left too long. So while we do remove every decal from the backing to remove any air prior to sending, they still will need gone over again.
  2. Remove the backing paper Slowly peel the application tape away from the backing paper, making sure every part of the vinyl is attached. If not, put it back down and rub over it again - take your time, dont just think it doesn't work! Patience is key here. Some colours are thicker and harder to attach (baby pink for example) so you can also try place them face down, and peel the backing from the tape, it seems like its the same thing but it works!
  3. Apply the decal Place the decal onto the surface and rub over it firmly from one end to the other to remove air and secure the vinyl.
  4. Remove the application tape Slowly peel the tape back onto itself, while still making sure not to go too quickly and keep pressing down on the remaining vinyl, this will leave only the vinyl in place. If any part begins to lift, put the tape back down and rub over that area again - This is why slowness is key, do not just pull it away!
